Refund Policy

At The Bubbly Bar, every order is handcrafted and packed with care. Because our products are consumable beverages and flavor products, we have a few policies in place to keep things safe and fair for everyone.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the package and product

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • Store credit

  • A refund (when applicable)

Shipping Delays:

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS/UPS transit issues

  • Weather - we are not responsible for any summer heat-related changes during transit in warmer states or climates

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll help file a carrier claim when possible.

Returns:

Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be in production or packaged for shipment.
